This work was the result of a residency where artists from different fields were invited to reflect on the urban transformation of Tangier. After a few conversations and exchanges with locals and informed people, I realized it was hard to picture Tangier out of its global context. It is the door of Africa and to Europe, it is the promise of a modern industrial continent, and it is the sum of different isolated urban environments. The triptych is one of many narratives through which we can see and tell today's Tangier.
